摘要 采用热模拟试验机成功制备了冷轧双相钢DP780,并对连退带速对DP780组织和力学性能的影响进行了分析.随着带速的增加,快冷段冷速增加,DP780的屈服强度和抗拉强度增加,伸长率下降.合理的连退带速工艺窗口为70-85m/min. In this study, the DP780 cold rolled dual-phase steel was successfully prepared by using the thermal simulation test machine, and effects of the line speed for continuous annealing on microstructure and mechanical properties of DP780 were studied. With the increase of the line speed, the cooling rate of the fast cooling section increased, the yielding strength and tensile strength of DP780 increased and the elongation decreased. The reasonable process window of line speed for continuous annealing was 70~85 m/min.
