摘要
针对客户冷轧柳钢中金不锈钢公司生产的201不锈钢热轧黑皮卷后出现严重横裂问题,通过对缺陷样品进行化学成分、金相组织、断口扫描电镜能谱分析及X射线衍射分析,发现钢质不纯净、高熔点不易变形的大颗粒氧化铝夹杂物是造成冷轧横裂纹的主要原因,并提出加强合金原料检化验、钢液钙处理工艺和连铸全程保护浇铸等工艺优化建议,以提高钢液洁净度和轧后产品质量.
To solve the serious transverse crack problem occurred after customer cold rolling 201 stainless steel hot-rolled black coils, which were produced by Liugang Zhongjin Stainless Steel Company, through chemical composition, metallographic structure, SEM energy spectrum analysis and X-ray diffraction analysis of the defective samples, it was found that the main cause of cold-rolled transverse crack was steel impurity with high melting point and large particle alumina inclusions which were not easy to deform. To improve the cleanliness of molten steel and the product quality after rolling, it put forward to some process optimization suggestions, such as strengthening alloy material inspection and testing, calcium treatment process of molten steel and full protection casting of continuous casting.
