摘要
以色差值为参考,通过实验室模拟的手段,分析各种外界环境对镀锌板表面外观的影响.结果表明:在腐蚀环境下,镀锌板放置24?h后表面外观会产生轻微变亮的趋势,并且不会随着时间继续变化;在湿热环境下,镀锌板放置24?h后表面外观会产生明显变暗和变黄的趋势,并且不会随着时间继续变化;在高温环境下,温度上升至200?℃后镀锌板表面外观开始出现变亮和变黄的趋势,并且该变化趋势会随着温度和加热时间的增加而提升.
The influence of various external environments on the surface appearance of galvanized sheet is analyzed by means of laboratory simulation and by taking the color difference as a reference. The results show that under the corrosive environment, the surface appearance of galvanized sheet will become slightly brighter after being placed for 24 hours, and will not change with time. In the humid and hot environment, the surface appearance of the galvanized sheet after being placed for 24 hours will have a significant tendency of dimming and yellowing, and will not continue to change with time. Under the environment of high temperature, galvanized sheet surface appearance begins to appear the trend of turning bright and yellow after the temperature rises to 200℃, and the changing trend will be increased with the increase of temperature and heating time.
