转炉炼钢低成本合金化集成技术研究与应用

摘要 通过对钢中各元素相对钢材性能的性价比进行分析,在保证钢材性能的基础上,进一步降低钢中低性价比的合金元素;通过合金替代利用,强化转炉终点钢水的控氧技术,实现了低成本合金化的目标,取得了可观的经济效益. Through the analysis of the price performance of each element in steel relative to the steel performance,, the low-cost alloy elements in steel are further reduced on the basis of ensuring the steel performance. The technology of controlling oxygen content in liquid steel at the end of converter can be strengthened through the substitution of alloys, which realize the goal of low cost alloying and obtain considerable economic benefits.
