Retrospect and Prospect of Curriculum Reform of Basic Education in Zhejiang Province

摘要 改革开放40年来,浙江省基础教育课程改革经历了恢复秩序重建、综合模式探索、全面课程体系和选择性教育四个发展阶段,通过强化政策保障、实行上下联动,发挥专业引领、提供科学指导,加强教师培训、打造高素质队伍,统筹课程设置、提升教材质量,推进高考改革、助推课程建设,完善高中会考、促进学科教学,取得较好成效。新时代深化基础教育课程改革,应坚持三级课程结合的管理模式,课程改革与教学改革相互促进,课程改革与高考制度相协调,调动教师和管理者的创造性,以课程改革的实验和研究助推课程改革,进一步加强课程改革的保障机制建设。 During the 40 years of reform and opening-up,the curriculum reform of basic education in Zhejiang province has gone through four stages:restoring order construction,exploring comprehensive mode,establishing comprehensive curriculum system and exploring selective education.By means of strengthening policy guarantee and implementing upward and downward linkage,giving play to professional guidance and providing scientific guidance,strengthening teacher training and building a high-quality team,planning the curriculum and improving the quality of teaching materials,promoting the reform of the college entrance examination and the assisting courses construction,refining the high school certificate examination and promoting subject teaching,the curriculum reform of basic education in Zhejiang Province has achieved good results.As for deepening the course reform of basic education in the new era,what we should do is as follows:adhering to the national centralization as well as the three-level unified management model combining national,local and school curriculum,promoting course reform and teaching reform simultaneously,coordinating the curriculum reform and the college entrance examination system,fully mobilize the initiative and creativity of front-line teachers and managers in the curriculum reform,promoting the curriculum reform through experiments and research,further strengthening the guarantee mechanism of the curriculum reform.
