当前影响全球经济复苏和全球化发展的重要因素是贸易保护主义愈演愈烈,贸易自由化受到严峻挑战。如此背景下,中国提出构建新型国际关系,有助于维护贸易自由化的秩序,推动全球化的发展和人类命运共同体的打造。新型国际关系是马克思主义原理在国际关系发展中的重要体现,互相尊重是新型国际关系的前提,公平正义是新型国际关系的保障,合作共赢是新型国际关系的核心与基础。构建新型国际关系将形成维护贸易自由化的坚实基础、发展能力、行动自觉和巨大动能。从中国视角构建新型国际关系、维护贸易自由化原则,需要积极发展新型大国关系,促进新型南南合作,扎实推进"一带一路"建设,体现中国国际担当与责任,加大国际宣传力度等。

Currently, global economic recovery and globalization are deeply affected by the prevalent trade protectionism, posing severe challenge to trade liberalization. Under such a background, China proposes to build a new type of international relations, which will help to maintain the order in trade liberalization, promote globalization, and create a community of shared destiny for mankind. New international relations are an important manifestation of the principles of Marxism in the development of international relations. Mutual respect is the premise of new international relations, fairness and justice are the guarantee, and win-win cooperation is the key and foundation. Building a new type of international relations will form the solid foundation, capability, initiative and great energy for maintaining trade liberalization. To construct a new type of international relations and maintain the principle of trade liberalization from the China perspective, it is necessary to actively develop new-type great power relations, promote new-type South-South cooperation, and solidly advance the ＂Belt and Road＂ Initiative, shoulder international responsibilities, and increase international publicity.
