摘要
目的研究正常汉族中国人的左心室半定量参数[二尖瓣环收缩期位移(MAPSE)和左心室长轴应变(LAS)]。方法采用3. 0 T心脏磁共振(CMR)的稳态自由进动(SSFP)序列对纳入的100名正常汉族志愿者进行图像采集,测量其左心室功能参数和半定量参数,并分析左心室半定量参数与性别、年龄以及左心室射血分数(LVEF)的关系。结果左心室半定量参数在性别间差异无统计学意义(P〉 0. 05)。MAPSE-mid和MAPSE-lat与年龄呈负相关(P 〈0. 05),而LAS-mid、LAS-lat、LAS-sep、MAPSE-sep与年龄无显著相关性(P〉 0. 05)。MAPSE-sep、LAS-mid、LAS-sep与LVEF均呈正相关(P 〈0. 05),而MAPSE-mid、MAPSE-lat、LAS-lat与LVEF不存在相关性(P〉0. 05)。结论左心室半定量参数无性别间差异,其部分指标可能与年龄和LVEF有关。
Objective To study the left ventricular semi-quantitative parameters including mitral annular plane systolic excursion( MAPSE) and long axis strain( LAS) with 3. 0 T Cardiac magnetic resonance( CMR). Methods 3. 0 T CMR with steady state free precession( SSFP) was performed on one hundred healthy Chinese Han volunteers. The left ventricular function parameters and semi-quantitative parameters were acquireed,and the relationship between the left ventricular semi-quantitative parameters and the sex,age and left ventricular ejection fraction( LVEF) were also analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in left ventricular semi-quantitative parameters between men and women( P〉0. 05).The LAS-mid,LAS-lat,LAS-sep,MAPSE-sep parameters each had a negative correlation with the age( P〉0. 05),whereas there was no significant relationship between the LAS-mid,LAS-lat,LAS-sep,MAPSE-sep parameters and the age,respectively( P〉0. 05). The MAPSE-sep,LAS-mid,LAS-sep parameters each had a negative correlation with the LVEF( P〉0. 05),whereas there was no significant relationship between MAPSE-mid,MAPSE-lat,LAS-lat and the LVEF( P〉0. 05).Conclusion There was no significant difference in left ventricular semi-quantitative parameters between men and women,and some of the parameters may be related to the age and LVEF.
