系统性红斑狼疮冠心病CTA影像诊断一例
摘要
患者男,22岁,汉族。反复发热伴皮疹4年余,肌肉酸痛3个月余,胸前区剧痛6 h进入我院心内科诊治。患者自幼有血小板减少病史,11岁时因脑出血于当地医院住院输血小板治疗; 4年前临床诊断系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）,并长期激素治疗。无慢性疾病及传染病史。体检：神清,急性面容,皮肤潮湿,未见皮肤花纹。
