摘要
以SCIE文献、专利及国家自然科学基金项目为数据源,分析了基于核酸适配技术的食品污染物快速检测技术研究力量分布及研究热点等,结果表明:中国在食品安全领域核酸适配体研究居国际领先水平,已经形成了多个有影响力的科研团队。与基于抗体抗原反应的免疫分析方法相比,基于适配体的食品中污染物快速检测技术仍处于探索阶段。未来探明适配体与靶标相互作用机制,不断筛选高质量适配体,增强传感检测稳定性,开发现场快速的商业化试剂盒/试纸条是发展的主要方向。
Based on data source of SCIE literatures,patents and national natural science foundation projects,the research power distribution and research hotspot were analyzed.The results showed that China was at top level in the world and had a number of influential scientific research teams in aptamer research of food safety detection.Compared with the immunological analysis method based on antigens,the rapid detection technology of different pollutants in food based on adaptation was still in the exploratory stage.In the future,verifing the interaction mechanism between aptamer and target,screening high quality adapter,enhancing sensor detection stability,developing the commercial rapid detection kits/strip is the main direction.
