“一带一路”背景下宁夏民族教育对外开放政策与实践

The Policy and Practice of National Education in Ningxia under “Belt and Road” Initiative

为了更好地发挥宁夏在"一带一路"建设中的人文优势,宁夏回族自治区相关政府部门以国家政策为导向,秉承"顾全大局、立足本土、放眼世界"的基本理念,出台了一系列政策。在组织机构建立、信息平台建设、人才培养模式创新、学术活动开展等方面迸行了一系列的探索和实践,大大推动了地区教育发展,提升了少数民族学生能力素养,但仍需在教育观念的更新、政策间的规划与衔接、监督管理体制的规范等方面予以加强。

In order to better play important roles in ＂ Belt and Road＂ construction , the government departments issued a series of policies. The implementation of these policies establishment of information platform construction, personnel training mode innovation, carry out academic activities and achieved gratifying results, and promote the development of education , enhance the area of minority students＂ ability . However, it still needs to be strengthened in the following aspects： the renewal of educational ideas, the planning and linking of policies, and the standardization of supervision and management system.
