摘要
目的-通过设计一种对纸蜂窝废料的有效回收方案,提高蜂窝纸板的利用率。方法-将纸蜂窝废料切割成固定大小碎块,通过粘合剂搅拌,采用热压方式形成一块新的具有缓冲性能的材料。结果-通过抗弯测试,抗压测试以及残余应变量的计算,得到了一种使用PVAC乳液粘合剂与纸蜂窝废料混合,并热压之后形成具有缓冲性能的材料。结论-通过新的设计方案可以使纸蜂窝废料得到更有效的利用。
Objective Improve the utilization of honeycomb paperboard by designing an effective recyclingscheme for paper honeycomb waste. Method Cut paper honeycomb waste into fixed-size pieces, and stirit with a binder to form a new cushioning material by hot pressing. Results Through the bending test, thecompression test and the calculation of the residual strain, a material was obtained which was mixed withpaper honeycomb waste using PVAC emulsion binder and formed into cushioning properties after hotpressing. Conclusion Paper honeycomb waste can be used more efficiently through new designs.
