街道空间的利用及其多元治理机制--以行动者为中心的分析

The Utilization of Street Space and Its Multiple Management Mechanism:Analysis from Action-oriented Perspective

街道是城市中最重要的公共空间,包含了丰富的物质和精神元素,构成了多样化的空间形态,具有复杂精妙的社会功能。不同的社会主体基于不同的目的以不同的方式利用街道空间,形成了不同的社会过程、社会关系和社会后果。研究以行动者及其关系为中心,立足对街道空间及其治理行为的多样性观察、体验以及思考,对利用街道的社会行为进行类型化分析,通过深入分析街道空间中行动者社会行为的生产与再生产机制,具体包括社会行为的规则系统、实现机制、关系建构和溢出效应等多个方面,提出利用街道空间的对策和建议。对街道空间中社会行动者及其行为的类型化分析,可以更好地理解社会主体与社会空间之间的相互建构,对实现更富人性化和更高效率的城市管理有着重要的启示和借鉴意义。

Street is a significant component of urban structure and is also the most important urban public space. It contains abundant material and spiritual elements, constitutes diversified spatial form, and has complex subtle social functions. Different social actors use street space in different ways for different purposes. Therefore, different social processes, social relations and social eonsequenees ensue. Centering on actors and their relationships, and basing on the related observation, experience and thinking of street space and the diversity of governance behaviors, this paper conducts type analysis on the social behavior of the street use and divides the purposeful activity into four types. Through in-depth analysis of mechanism of production and reproduction of the actors＂ social behavior in the street space, including multiple aspects such as the social behavior rules system, implementation mechanism, relationship establishment and overflow effect, some countermeasures and suggestions on the use of street space are put forward. The type analysis of social actors in the street space and their behavior can help us to better understand the interaction construction between social subject and social space and has important inspiration and reference for the realization of more humanized and efficient urban management.
