摘要 氮对微合金化钢中的碳氮化物的析出起重要作用。使用不同的含氮合金和不同加入量,钢水氮含量波动大,氮收得率不稳定,对稳定HRB400E、HRB500E性能有一定的影响。研究影响含氮合金氮收得率因素,不同类型含氮合金氮的收得率分析。研究得出钒和氮的配比为3. 65∶1时,VN析出量最大,HRB400E钢水中氮含量在85×10-6为最佳,继续提高钢中氮含量,钢筋的屈服强度升高不明显。HRB400E钢水中氮达到100×10-6左右,再增加含氮合金加入量,钢水氮含量增加幅度不大,氮的收得率会出现下降的趋势。规范合金加入方法,可有效提高含氮合金氮的收得率。 Nitrogen play-s an important role in lhe precipitation of carbon and nitride in micro - alloyed steel. Using differ- ent amounts of nitrogen - contain alloys would make the nitrogen content of molten steel fluctuate greatly and the yield of ni- trogen unstable, which has a certain effect on the stability- of steels HRB400E and HRB500E. The factors affecting the ni- trogen yield of nitrogen containing alloys were studied and the nitrogen recovery- rates of different nitrogen containing alloys were analyzed. When the ratio of vanadimn and nitrogen is 3.65: 1, the maxinmnl amount of VN precipitation is obtained, and the nitrogen content in molten steel HRBd00E is around 85 ×10 6. The yield strength of steel is not obviously in- creased, and the nitrogen in molten steel HRB400E is about 100 ×10 6. With the addition of nitrogen alloy, the increase of nitrogen content in molten steel is small, and the yield of nitrogen will decrease. The nitrogen recovery- rate of the alloy containing nitrogen can be effectively increased by standardizing the adding method of the alloy.
