摘要
对韶钢高炉降低熟料比的生产实践进行了总结。通过对块矿冶金性能的分析,针对低熟料比冶炼对高炉生产的影响,采取料场和筛分系统改造、调整送风制度及高炉布料等措施,摸索、调整操业制度,克服了降低熟料比导致的炉况波动,在高冶炼强度的前提下成功将熟料比降到了韶钢历史最低值。
The production practice of reducing the ratio of sinter of BF at SGIS is smnmarized. The operation fluctuation of BF has been restrained due to the reduction of sinter ratio through analyzing the metallurgical properties of lump ore, adop- ting some measures such as modifying the material yard and screening system, adjusting the blowing system and burden dis- tribution, and investigating and adjusting the operation practices. The sinter ratio has been cut to the mininmum under high smelting strength.
