摘要
2018年2月韶钢7号高炉因喷渣事故,无计划长期停炉达54d。为顺利恢复炉况,制定了详细的安全复产方案,并对设备进行了全方位升级改造。经专家组审核通过后,7号高炉按照"炉缸冻结处理"模式以两个风口送风复产。复产过程中通过埋煤氧枪加热炉缸、合理控制操作参数、强化炉前出渣铁等措施,在25 d内恢复正常炉况,两天后利用系数稳定在2.73t/m^3以上。此次复产,积累了丰富的操作经验,也提高了事故的处理能力。
At the beginning of February- 2018, the No. 7 blast furnace of SGIS was unplanned to shutdown for a long time of 54 days due to the slag spraying accident. In order to restore the furnace conditions smoothly, a detailed and comprehensive safety- recovery plan was worked out, and the equipment had been upgraded in all directions. After passing the expert group examination and approval, the No. 7 BF was reblown in accordance with the "hearth freezing treatment" mode with two tuyeres. In the process of reproducing, the normal furnace conditions were restored within 25 days by heating the hearth with an imnlerged oxygen lance, controlling the operating parameters reasonably, and strengthening the tapping of slag and iron in the front of the easthouse. After two days, the utilization coefficient was stable at above 2. 73 t/m3. This reproduc- tion had aeeunmlated rich experience and improved the handling capacity of the accident.
