摘要
2017年韶钢7号高炉生产技术通过不断创新与实践,实现了长周期的稳定顺行,冶炼强度突破了自2005年开炉以来的最好水平,为增煤降焦创造了炉况基础。随后上部调剂采用大矿批、大角差、中心加焦的模式,下部调整风口面积,增加鼓风动能,同时大富氧操作,使7号高炉保持较高的利用系数,焦比、煤比也均有较大的改善。
SGIS was keeping the innovation and practice for the production technology- of BF #7 in 2017 which helped stably keep long term of running blast furnace and broke through the best level of smelting intensity- since the furnace was put into use in 2005, and laid the foundation for increasing coal and reducing coke. Then the upper adjustment such as charging with large lot of ore, large angle difference, central coke charging, and adjustment of the area of the lower tuyere, increas- ing blast energy-, were made, and at the same time, the operation idea of oxygen enrichment was adopted, which made the BF keep higher usage, and greatly improved the coal ratio and coke ratio.
