摘要
目前一氧化碳检测报警器的检定装置及方法较简单,主要由标气、流量计、秒表和相应的电气辅助设备组成。其检定效率低下,检定数据处理工作量大,检定流程管理繁杂。新研制的一氧化碳检测报警器自动检定系统,较好地解决这一问题。该系统包括检定收发管理、检定过程自动控制、视频图像采集及识别和检定流程管理,利用图像数据识别、自动控制技术和计算机技术,解决检测数据的采集、处理、调用和标准气自动分配,实现报警器的检前接收、检后发放、检定流程管理、证书管理与打印、报表管理并与设备管理信息系统对接,提高检定效率和实现检定流程信息化管理。
At present the calibration device and method for carbon monoxide detector alarm are very- simple, mainly consis- ted of the standard gas, flow meter, a stopwatch and a corresponding electrical auxiliary- equipment,which feature the ineffi- cient calibration, large data processing workload, and complicated calibration process management. The successful design of the automatic calibration system for carbon monoxide detector alarm solves this problem. The system includes the calibration receiving and releasing management, automatic calibration process control, video image acquisition and recognition and process management. Based on image recognition, automatic control technology- and computer technology, it finalizes the da- ta collection, processing, calling and automatically assigning the standard reference gas, realizes the alarm apparatus re- ceiving and releasing management, calibration process management, certificate management and printing, report manage- ment and matching the equipment management information system, improving the efficiency of calibration and realizing the calibration process information management.
