城镇化过程中的集中安置与居民生活适应研究——基于北京市门头沟区的问卷调查

Study on the Centralized Resettlement and Residents' Life Adaptation in the Process of Urbanization:Based on the Questionnaire Survey in Mentougou District of Beijing City

集中安置居民对新型社区的自然环境、社会环境和人文环境的适应是其融入社区的重要基础。全国城镇化建设背景下,北京市门头沟区产业转型和城市功能发生显著变化。基于对安置区居民生活适应和社会管理的问卷调查,分析了居民在创业就业、生活适应、社区管理和社会支持等方面的现状及需求,认为社区在提供相应的公共服务方面还存在一定的薄弱环节,应该进一步完善社区基础设施建设、丰富社区精神文化生活,并引导居民适应新社区的管理方式。

Centralized resettlement of residents to the new community’s natural environment, social environment and human environment is an important basis for its integration into the community. Under the background of national urbanization construction, the industrial transformation and urban functions of Mentougou district in Beijing have changed significantly. Based on the questionnaire survey on residents’ life adaptation and social management in resettlement areas, this paper analyzes the current situation and needs of residents in the aspects of employment, life adaptation, community management and social support, and holds that the community provides corresponding public services. As there are still some weak links in the service, It is necessary to further improve the community infrastructure construction, enrich the community spiritual and cultural life, and guide residents to adapt to the new community management.
