健身APP对居民健身行为的影响与对策研究——以连云港市辖区居民为例

摘要 运用问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法对连云港市辖区居民运用健身APP健身现状进行了调查,数据表明:使用健身APP,在连云港市辖区健身居民的性别上无显著差异;对居民学历、收入、健身项目和场所的选择有显著影响;在健身活动组织形式、健身消费上有影响。针对出现的问题,提出了加大健身APP在居民中的使用宣传,通过政府购买服务的形式推动居民使用健身APP、加强对居民合理使用健身APP的引导等对策建议。 Questionnaire survey, interview method and mathematical statistics method were used to investigate the current situation of fitness APP fitness in residents of Lianyungang city. The data showed that: using fitness APP, there is no significant difference in gender of fitness residents in Lianyungang city; for residents’ education, income, the choice of fitness programs and places has a significant impact; it has an impact on the organization of fitness activities and fitness consumption. In response to the problems, the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to increase the use of fitness APP among residents, purchase forms of services through the government, promote residents’ use of fitness APP, and strengthen the guidance of residents to use fitness APP.
