冠心静胶囊治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病心绞痛中医症候疗效观察

Observation on curative effect of Guanxinjing capsule in treating coronary heart disease and angina pectoris due to qi deficiency and blood stasis

目的探究冠心静胶囊治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病心绞痛中医症候疗效,总结治疗经验。方法将2014年1月至2017年8月作为本次研究时间段,在该时间段内选择80例冠心病心绞痛患者作为研究对象,按照患者的入院先后顺序不同将其分为对照组与观察组,对照组实施常规治疗,观察组则实施冠心静胶囊治疗;两组治疗均完成后对比观察其效果。结果本次研究两组均无不良反应,在无差异的基础上分组治疗后,观察组各项征候积分情况均优于对照组,且观察组中医征候疗效92.5%高于对照组的75.0%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠心静胶囊治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病心绞痛中医症候疗效良好。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Guanxinjing capsule on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with deficiency of qi and blood stasis. Methods From January 2014 to August 2017, 80 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were selected as the study objects. The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission. The control group was treated with routine therapy, the observation group was treated with Guanxinjing capsule, and the two groups were treated with Guanxinjing capsule. Results There were no adverse reactions in the two groups. After the treatment, the scores of symptoms in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the curative effect of TCM symptoms in the observation group was 92.5% higher than that in the control group （75.0%）. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Guanxinjing capsule is effective in treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with qi deficiency and blood stasis.
