血管减压术联合电神经生理监测治疗面肌痉挛的临床研究

摘要 目的探析血管减压术联合电神经生理监测治疗面肌痉挛的效果。方法在2014年6月至2017年6月本院神经外科收治的面肌痉挛患者中选出80例,根据治疗方法的差异分组,对照组接受常规血管减压术治疗,观察组在电神经生理监测下接受血管减压术治疗,收集两组患者的治疗效果指标、并发症发生率等。结果随访12个月,观察组的治疗总有效率95.0%与对照组患者的总有效率90.0%对比差异无统计学意义;术后1周内,观察组的并发症发生率为12.5%,对照组患者为32.5%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电神经生理监测下的血管减压术治疗面肌痉挛疗效显著,有利于判明责任血管,减轻手术创伤,降低了术后并发症,促进术后康复,值得推广。 Objective To explore the effect of combined angiodecompression with electroneurophysiological monitoring in the treatment of facial spasm. Methods In June 2014 to June 2017 in our hospital neurosurgery patients choose 80 cases of patients with facial spasm, according to the difference between treatment group and control group accepted routine vascular decompression treatment, observation group under the electric neurophysiological monitoring vascular decompression therapy, collect the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients with indicators, complication rates, and so on. Results After 12 months of follow-up, there was no significant difference between the total effective rate of the observation group (95.0%) and the control group (90.0%). Within 1 week after surgery, the incidence of complications was 12.5% in the observation group and 32.5% in the control group, with statistically significant differences between the two groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion The treatment of facial spasm by the vascular decompression under the monitoring of electroneurophysiology has remarkable curative effect, which is helpful for the identification of the responsible blood vessels, the reduction of surgical trauma, the reduction of postoperative complications and the promotion of postoperative rehabilitation.
