锁定加压钢板与单纯钢板螺钉内固定治疗四肢骨折患者的临床效果对比

Clinical effects of locking compression plate and simple internal fixation for limb fracture

目的探讨锁定加压钢板与单纯钢板螺钉内固定治疗四肢骨折的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月至2017年1月本院收治的四肢骨折患者94例。按照治疗方法的不同分为研究组(锁定加压钢板)与对照组(单纯钢板螺钉内固定)。术后随访1年,对比两组治疗效果、骨折愈合时间及术后并发症发生情况。结果术后1年,研究组、对照组治疗总有效率分别为93.62%(44/47)、78.72%(37/47),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组骨折愈合时间短于对照组,术后并发症少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四肢骨折采用锁定加压钢板治疗,能获得较单纯钢板螺钉内固定更为理想的效果,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of locking compression plate and internal fixation with simple plate and screw for the treatment of extremities fracture. Methods 94 cases of extremities fracture treated in our hospital in January 2016 to January 2017 were selected. Ac cording to the different treatment methods, the study group was divided into the study group （locking compression plate） and the control group （sim ple plate and screw fixation）. After 1 years of followup, the treatment effect, the time of fracture healing and the complications after the operation were compared between the two groups. Results 1 years after the operation, the study group and the control group total effective rate was 93.62% （44/47）, 78.72% （37/47）, the results were statistically significant （P〈0.05）; the study group fracture healing time is shorter than the control group, postoperative complications were less than the control group, the results were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of limb fracture with locking compression plate can achieve more ideal effect than simple internal fixation with plate screw, which is worthy to be popular ized.
