摘要
妊娠期高血压疾病是产科的常见并发症之一,也是孕期特有的疾病之一。近来的研究表明,同型半胱氨酸是心脑血管疾病的独立危险因素。高同型半胱氨酸可导致血管内皮损伤,使小动脉痉挛,继而导致妊娠期高血压,而叶酸的缺乏会导致高同型半胱氨酸血症,在孕期通过补充叶酸、维生素B12可以降低同型半胱氨酸水平,继而可以预防和改善妊娠期高血压。本文综述了同型半胱氨酸的相关代谢因素及在妊娠期与高血压发生的相关关系研究的现状。
Hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy is one of the common complications of obstetrics and one of the diseases unique to pregnancy. Recent studies have shown that homocysteine is an independent risk factor for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Homocyste- ine can lead to vascular endothelial injury, spasm of the small arteries, which in turn leads to gestational hypertension, and lack of folic acid can lead to hyperhomocysteinemia which can reduce homocysteine by supplementing folic acid and vitamin B12 during pregnancy, then we can prevent and improve gestational hypertension.This article reviews the related metabolic factors of homocysteine and the current status of the relationship between pregnancy and hypertension.
