摘要
溃疡性结肠炎(UC)是一种病因不明,临床表现为腹痛、黏液脓血便及里急后重,病变主要集中在直肠、结肠黏膜及黏膜下层的慢性非特异性炎性肠病。研究表明,UC发病机制可能与信号通路的转导有关。结合国内外相关文献,该文就UC相关信号通路在发病机制中的作用进行综述,以期为UC治疗及抗UC新药研发提供一定的科学依据。
Ulcerative colitis (UC) is a chronic nonspecific inflammatory bowel disease with unknown etiology, clinical manifestations of abdominal pain, mucopurulent purulent blood and tenesmus. The lesions are mainly concentrated in rectum, colon mucosa and submucosa. Relevant elements in these cell signal transduction pathways may become potential therapeutic targets. Therefore, with reference to domestic and foreign literature, the UC-related signaling pathways are reviewed in order to raise awareness of scientific research workers on the pathogenesis of UC and to provide ideas for the treatment of UC and the development of new anti-UC drugs.
