食品安全以及食品产业信用体系不健全等问题一直制约着我国食品产业的健康发展,备受政府和社会各界关注,但一直没有得到有效的解决。区块链技术的出现给我们带来了新的解决思路,中国食品链以区块链技术为核心,构建了可信透明的食品产业链和生态体系,并从技术体系、标准体系、监督机制三个方面创新提出中国特色的新型食品安全监管模式,探索重塑食品产业信用体系。

Food safety and the imperfect credit system of the food industry have been restricting the healthy development of China＇s food industry, which has attracted the attention of the government and the community, but has not been effectively solved. The emergence of blockchain technology has brought new solutions, China Food Chain constructs a credible and transparent food industry chain and ecosystem with bolckchain core technology, and proposes the new food safety supervision mode with Chinese characteristics from three aspects of the technical system, the standard system and the supervision mechanism, to explore and reshape the credit system of food industry.
