一测多评法测定白芍中的五种成分含量

Simultaneous Determination of five Active Components in Paeoniae Radix by QAMS Method

采用高效液相色谱法,以芍药苷为内参物,测定没食子酸、芍药内酯苷、苯甲酸、苯甲酰芍药苷对其的相对校正因子,利用相对校正因子计算4种成分的含量,建立一测多评法测定白芍中5种成分含量。同时外标法测定5种成分的含量,通过两种方法比较,发现一测多评法与外标法无明显差异,相对偏差均小于5%,说明一测多评法可用于白芍药材的质量评价,方法科学、准确、简便。

To establish a QAMS method for the quality of five active components in Paeoniae radix by HPLC.The QAMS for the quality of five active components in Paeoniae radix was established and validated and Paeoniflorin was selected as the internal reference substance.The relative correction factors（RCFs）of Gallic acid monohydrate、Albiflorin、benzoic acid and benzoyl paeoni florin were calculated.The contents of five components were determined by both external standard method and QAMS.No significant differences were found in the five components by external standard method and QAMS,RSD5%.Therefore,the QAMS method is scientific、accurate and simple,it can be used to evaluate the quality of Paeoniae radix.
