摘要
以5个产地黄精块茎干燥粉末为实验材料,通过乙醇回流预处理,水提醇沉得黄精粗多糖,研究不同产地黄精粗多糖对DPPH自由基和羟基自由基的清除作用。实验结果表明:粗多糖得率由大到小依次为湖南黄精11.932%、河南黄精9.421%、金寨黄精8.712%、青阳黄精8.040%、湖北黄精6.269%;可溶性多糖得率依次为金寨黄精6.360%、湖南黄精5.847%、青阳黄精4.181%、河南黄精2.732%、湖北黄精1.405%;不同产地黄精粗多糖对DPPH自由基和羟基自由基均有不同程度的清除作用,且呈一定的剂量关系。在试验研究的浓度范围内,湖北黄精粗多糖对DPPH自由基的清除作用最强;湖南黄精粗多糖对羟基自由基清除能力最强。
The study used 5 different regions polygonatum tuber dry powder as material.Crude polygonatum polysaccharides were obtained through alcohol reflux and water precipitation and their scavenging effects on DPPH free radicals and hydroxyl radical were analyzed.The result showed that the according polysaccharides yields were as followings:Hunan polygonatum,11.932%;polygonatum sibiricun,9.421%;Jinzhai polygonatum,8.712%;Qingyang polygonatum,8.040%; Hubei polygonatum,6.269%.The soluble polysaccharide yield were Jinzhai polygonatum,6.360%;Hunan polygonatum,5.847%;Qingyang polygonatum 4.181%;polygonatum sibiricun 2732%;Hubie polygonatum,1.405% respectively.They all can scavenge DPPH free radicals and hydroxyl radical with certain dose-response relations.Within the experimental concentration range,Hubei polygonatum polysaccharide had the best scavenging effect on DPPH free radicals and Hunan polygonatum polysaccharide had the best scavenging effect on hydroxyl radical.
