摘要
为我实现中水回用过程的自动化,根据工艺要求设计了一套中水回用控制系统。该控制系统以S7-300作为控制器,通过PID闭环控制稳定中水的溶氧和浊度,由MCGS开发的常规监控程序与C#定制开发的专家控制程序共同监控系统的运行。事实证明,该控制系统能长期稳定、可靠的运行,产出的中水水质完全符合国家标准,并基本实现了无人值守。
In order to realize the automation of rescue process of reclaimed water, a rescue of reclaimed water control system is designed according to the technological requirements. S7-300 is the controller of the control system. The contents of dissolved oxygen and turbidity of water are stabilized via PID close-loop control. System running state is monitored by two programs, which are the regular monitor program developed by MCGS and the expert control program custom-developed by C#. Facts prove that the control system can run stably and reliably long time, and the quality of the output reclaimed water can conform the national standard totally, and being unattended is realized basically.
