摘要 随着先进制造2025计划等一系列重要文件推进,工业物联网愈发成为当前工业发展的趋势。本文在研究经典工业物联网结构基础上,提出了基于安全云的工业物联网分析监控系统,具体设计了该系统的三层结构。重点研究了传感信号收集器、工业云平台及其安全等核心技术。最后以电力工业应用为例,构建了电力调度物联网系统,并测试验证该平台具有较好性能。 With the development of a series of important documents such as the advanced manufacturing 2025 plan the industrial Internet of Things (IoT) increasingly become the current trend of industrial development. Based on the study of the structure of classic industrial IoT, this paper proposes an industrial IoT analysis and monitoring system based on secure cloud, and designs a three-layer structure of the system. This paper focuses on the sensor signal collector, industrial cloud platform, its security and other core technologies. Finally, taking the application of power industry as an example, a power dispatch IoT system is constructed and tested to verify that the platform has better performance.
