摘要
针对现有220KV变电站继电保护系统存在的运行可靠性不高的问题,本文提出一种基于分层保护思路的继电保护系统建设思路,该系统依据保护范围和电压等级等原则对220KV变电站的继电保护系统进行了纵向分层、横向分区,同时利用基于关联度的继电保护算法、采样数据同步技术以及广域层信息容错算法等相关技术有效提升继电保护系统的运行可靠性。仿真测试表明,该系统能在对时系统失效、信息传输错误等情形下准确进行故障判别,具有较好的运行可靠性。
Aiming at the sensitivity of existing system of the existing 220KV substation relay protection and backup protection is not diffcult to adjust and the lack of fexibility and other issues, this paper proposes a hierarchical protection system construction ideas of relay protection. The system accords to the scope of protection and relay protection system voltage level principle on the lateral 220KV substation, at the same time, on the relay protection system stand domain layer protection algorithm, using data synchronization and WAN layer information of fault tolerant algorithm research is conducted on the key technologies. The simulation test shows that the system can identify the faults accurately under the condition of system failure and information transmission error, and has good operational reliability.
