摘要 由于分布式电源接入电网,故障电流的方向和幅值会发生变化,给继电保护整定带来挑战。本文提出了基于区间线性规划的方法来优化含有微网的继电保护定值的配合问题。本文首先说明了区间线性规划的数学原理,并分析了利用该原理进行继电保护定值优化的求解方法 ,将故障电流幅值作为区间数处理,接着建立了以最小化继电保护动作时间的定值配合优化的线性规划模型,优化方向过电流保护的TMS和PS,同时考虑主、后备保护的配合和动作时间等约束。最后本文在IEEE14节点系统进行仿真分析,说明了本文利用区间线性规划能够获得满足各种故障场景的最优保护定值。 The integration of the distributed generations in the network changes the magnitude and direction of the fault current, which poses a great challenge to the protection relays. The optimization of protection relay settings in micro grid based on the interval linear programming is proposed in this paper. First, the principles of interval linear programming are given, and the solving method using this is shown. The fault current magnitude is taken as the interval, and then the linear programming model aiming at the minimization of the operation time of relays is built. The optimal TMS and PS can be obtained through this, and the relevant constraints are considered. In the end the model is tested in the IEEE 14 node system, and the effectiveness of the model is demonstrated.
