摘要 传统放射源倒装装置通常是人工进行操作,因工作环境往往在深井里水中,传统方法夹取不仅耗时长而且工作人员往往会被一定剂量的射线照射,严重影响工作效率,要研制放射源倒装装置需要具备安全性高、操作方便、可视下操作的特点,对于夹取装置在电气设计上进行保护外还应采取控制系统的软保护,以免是燃料棒外皮被夹坏,从而造成核事故。采用伺服电机作为夹取装置进行设计时,力反馈控制系统可以良好的感知机械前端受力情况,本文主要利用仿真的方法验证加速度获取方法。 Traditional radioactive source inversion device is usually manual operation. Because the working environment is often in deep well water, the traditional method is not only time-consuming, but also the workers will often be irradiated with a certain dose of radiation, which seriously affects the effciency of work. In order to protect the electrical design of the clamping device, the soft protection of the control system should be taken to avoid the damage of the fuel rod outer skin, thus causing a nuclear accident. When the servo motor is used as the clamping device to design, the force feedback control system can well perceive the force condition of the mechanical front end. This paper mainly uses the simulation method to verify the acceleration acquisition method.
