我国足球运动发展的优势与困境探析

An analysis on the advantages and dilemma of football development in China

采用文献资料、数理统计、逻辑分析等方法,对我国足球运动发展的优势与困境进行分析,结果显示:我国足球运动的发展有着良好的项目氛围、广泛的关注度、强大的市场以及中国特色的领袖意志力支撑等优势,同时也面临着足球基础薄弱,后备人才断层,外籍足球人才与本土足球文化不适配,教练员资源匮乏等困境。针对出现的问题提出了建设和完善训练场地、青训体系,教练员培养体制等建议,旨在为推动我国足球运动的发展提供理论参考。

This article analyzes the advantages and predicaments of China＇s football development by using methods of literature, mathematical statistics and logic analysis. The results show that the football development in China has a good project atmosphere, a wide range of attention, a strong market, and the willpower support of Chinese characteristics; but at the same time, there is also a dilemma of weak football foundation, reserve talents shortage, culture discomfort between foreign and local football culture, shortage of coach resources, etc... In view of the above difficulties, this paper puts forward some suggestions, such as building and perfecting training venues, youth training system, coach training system, aimed at hoping to promote the football development in China.
