肇庆疍家体育小镇开发的价值期待:冲突与整合

Conflicts and Integration:Value Expectations in Sports Town of Zhaoqing Danjia Heritage

为梳理肇庆市疍家体育小镇开发过程中各个利益主体之间的价值期待,采用文献研究和逻辑分析的方法,对体育小镇开发中的多元价值期待冲突进行分析,并在此基础上提出价值冲突整合的策略。分析认为,在疍家特色体育小镇开发过程中将会存在文化性与经济性、原真性与发展性、过去性与现在性、保护性与开发性等价值期待冲突。建议整合价值期待则需要树立理念、发挥政府职能部门的组织协调工作、开发适合深度参与的旅游项目以及加强地方特色文化遗产开发的学术研究工作。

In order to hackle the value expectation among various stakeholders in the development process of Danjia Sports Town in Zhaoqing City,this paper analyzes the multi value expectation conflict and the strategy in the development of sports towns by means of literature research and logic analysis. According to the analysis, there will be conflicts of value between culture and economy, originality and development, past and present, protection and development in the development of the characteristic sports towns. It is suggested that the integration of value expectations requires the establishment of ideas, the organization and coordination of government functions, the development of tourism projects suitable for deep participation, and the strengthening of academic research on the development of local cultural heritage.
