SimPad反馈系统运用于规范化培训住院医师心肺复苏考核的体会

Using a Novel Sim Pad Feedback Device in the Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Checking by the Resident Physician

目的研究SimPad反馈系统在规范化培训住院医师心肺复苏考核标准化中的作用。方法纳入广州医科大学附属第二医院2018年新入职的规范化培训住院医师91例,运用SimPad反馈系统的方法进行心肺复苏考核考核,SimPad系统实时记录胸外按压和人工通气的操作参数。结果在3个周期心肺复苏操作过程中,平均按压深度为(51±7) mm,平均按压频率为(129±17)次/分,平均按压深度正确率为50%,平均按压正确率为27%,平均按压回弹正确比率为54%,平均中断时间(22±9) s,按压部位以及按压与通气比率的正确率均为100%。在通气部分,平均通气量(516±151) m L,其中通气量过少的比率占30%;通气量过多的比率占19%。根据反馈报告提示,心肺复苏总分为(70±20)分。结论 SimPad反馈系统可以使CPR考核过程标准化。

Objective To determine if a novel CPRcard TM feedback device（SimPad） could provide a standard instructional evaluation for the CPR quality check in the resident physician. Methods It involved 91 resident physicians of the second Affiliated Hospital,Guangzhou Medical University performed the CPR in 2018 and then the participants’ chest compression datas （position, rate and depth, recoil and interrupt time）, and ventilation datas （vital volume and the ratio of compression and ventilation） were recorded with the CPRcard TM feedback device. Results During the 3 cycles of CPR, the mean compression depth and compression rate was （51±7）mm and （129±17） beats/min respectively, while the correct compression depth and rate was of 50% and 27%. It showed a correct compression recoi rate was of 54 %, while the correct compression position and the ratio of compression to ventilation of absolutely 100%.The mean ventilation volume was （516±151） mL, while the percentage of less ventilation volume was 30% and the excessive ventilation of 19%. And finally, based on the report of the CPR card TM feedback device, the total score of CPR quality was （70±20）.Conclusion The CPR card TM feedback device （SimPad） could standardize the CPR quality check list.
