高校思政课教学与职业核心能力联动培养研究

Linkage Cultivation of Core Professional Proficiency through Teaching of the Course of Ideological and Political Education in Universities

当前,思想政治教育与高等职业教育既面临严峻的挑战,又面临新的发展机遇,如何在现有的高校生态格局下,扩展内涵张力,探索思想政治教育与职业核心能力联动培养的教学模式是高职人才培养质量提升的重要环节。高职思想政治理论课具有较强的育人功能和渗透力,通过思想政治理论课教学整合与渗透可以有效提高学生的职业核心能力。

It is of great importance to improve talent cultivation quality of higher vocational education by expanding the connotations of current university education and exploring a teaching mode linking both ideological and political education and core professional proficiency because both ideological and political education and higher vocational education are confronted with severe challenges as well as new developmental opportunities. Since the course of ideological and political education in higher vocational schools plays an important role in morality education with its permeability, the integration and permeating education though the teaching may help a lot with students＇ core professional proficiency.
