摘要
学生发展核心素养是当前推进教育改革的重要内容,构建基于学生核心素养的人力资源管理专业课程体系,提高人力资源管理专业学生的核心竞争力,具有十分重要的现实意义。从什么是学生核心素养的内涵出发进行分析,指出培养学生核心素养的途径,基于学生核心素养设计人力资源管理专业课程体系,能够为人力资源管理专业课程建设及应用型转型院校提供借鉴和参考。
A students' core qualities-based program for human resources management speciaty is of great practical significance for improving the students' core competitive edges because the development of these qualities have become an integral part of current educational reform. In the paper below, a study was presented on the design of such a program on the basis of an analysis of the connotations of students' core qualities and the approaches to the cultivation of these qualities, which will help with the construction of the specialty and the reorientation to application of some universities.
