辽宁省发展民营企业的金融支持研究

Research on financial support for development of private enterprises in Liaoning

近几年,辽宁省通过支持符合条件的省内民营企业设立金融机构、鼓励省内民营企业向海外省外投资、建立投融资信息平台和金融机构的金融支持等措施,积极推进民营企业发展,民营企业逐渐成为辽宁经济发展的主力军和重要支撑。但是,民营企业融资难与融资贵的问题仍需在完善民营企业直接融资体系、建立适应民营经济的信贷管理机制、引导民间融资、商业银行金融创新、缓解信息不对称、贷款贴息与产融结合等方面给予金融支持。

In recent years,by supporting the eligible private enterprises in the province to set up financial institutions,encouraging private enterprises in the province to invest abroad,establishing investment and financing information platform and financial support of financial institutions,the private enterprises have gradually become the main force in the economic development of Liaoning.However,the problems of financing and financing of private enterprises still need financial support in improving direct financing system of private enterprises,establishing credit management mechanism to adapt to private economy,guiding folk financing,financial innovation of commercial banks,relieving information asymmetry,loan discount and production and melting.
