高校思想政治理论课生态公民培育路径刍议

The path to cultivate ecological citizens in ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities

新时代背景下,中国道路显然包含着生态向度。十九大"加快生态文明体制改革,建设美丽中国"这一构想的最终实现取决于实践主体——人的创造性实践活动自觉地合乎自然的生态节律,取决于主体人的社会性生态化人格自觉,也就是取决于公民教育对公民生态人格的培育。因此,"生态公民"概念应当在习近平生命共同体视域内上升到理念高度,融入最重要的国民教育平台——高校思想政治理论课教学之中,实现生态公民元素的系统性融入。

In the context of the new era,the China road clearly contains ecological dimensions.The 19th National Congress put forward the idea of accelerating the reform of the ecological civilization system and building a beautiful China.The ultimate realization of this idea depends on the practice subject whose human creative practice can consciously conform to natural ecological rhythms.It also depends on the person’s social ecological personality consciousness.That is to say,it also depends on the cultivation of citizen’s ecological personality by civic education which is mainly ideological and political education in China.Therefore,the concept of “ecological citizen” should be rise to a high level of concept within the scope of Xi Jinping’s life community,and be integrated into the teaching of the most important national education platform,the ideological and political theory course,to achieve the systematic integration of ecological citizen elements.
