高校班团一体化促进基层团支部活力提升的对策

Strategies on improving the vitality of grass-roots Youth League branch promoted by class organization integration in colleges and universities

新时期,高校基层团组织缺乏活力,加快班团一体化改革对基层团支部活力的提升具有重要意义。针对高校班团一体化改革在推进过程中出现的责任主体时而缺位、标准和内涵理解不准确、大学生团员认识模糊、团学干部作用发挥不足等问题,提出了加强党的领导、强化问题导向、注重学生干部能力培养、提高活动质量和加强自身建设等五方面建议。

In the new era,the grass-roots League organizations in colleges and universities are lack of vitality,so it is of great significance to accelerate the reform of class and League integration to enhance the vitality of the grass-roots League branches.In view of the problems of the absence of responsibility subjects,inaccurate understanding of standards and connotations,vague understanding of college students’League members and the student cadres of Youth League branch and student union playing their roles inadequately,five following suggestions have been offered：strengthening the leadership of the Party,strengthening the problem orientation,paying attention to the cultivation of student cadres’ abilities,improving the quality of activities and strengthening self construction.
