炔雌醇环丙孕酮和屈螺酮炔雌醇治疗PCOS的meta分析

Meta analysis of the treatment of PCOS with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate and Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol

目的探讨炔雌醇环丙孕酮与屈螺酮炔雌醇在治疗PCOS中的应用价值。方法计算机检索PubMed、中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库等途径收集相关文献。通过Revman 5.3软件对治疗后BMI、WHR、血糖、胰岛素、性激素等情况进行meta分析。结果共纳入6篇文献,325例患者。Meta分析结果显示:屈螺酮环丙孕酮在降低血睾酮、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白方面优于炔雌醇环丙孕酮,但头痛的发生率高于炔雌醇环丙孕酮。结论屈螺酮炔雌醇和炔雌醇环丙孕酮均可用来治疗PCOS,且屈螺酮炔雌醇在降低血睾酮、脂质代谢方面更胜一筹。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of ethynylestradiol cyproprogesterone and drononne estradiol in thetreatment of PCOS.Methods PubMedand （CNKI）, Wanfang database were searched by computer.Revman 5.3 software was used toanalyze BMI-WHR,blood glucose,insulin,sex hormone and so on.Results a total of 325 patients were included in 6 literature. Metaanalysisresults showed that the incidence of headache was higher than that of estradiol cycloproprogesterone in reducing serumtestosterone,total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein （LDL）,but the incidence of headache was higher than that of paracetamol inthe reduction of serum testosterone,total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein （LDL）. Cycloproprogesterone.Conclusion Bothestradiol and cyproprogesterone can be used in the treatment of PCOS,and estradiol is superior in reducing serum testosterone andlipid metabolism.
