无排卵性功能失调性子宫出血治疗中结合雌激素片联合屈螺酮炔雌醇片的应用研究

Application of estrogen combined with drospironoestradiol in the treatment of anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding

目的:研究无排卵性功能失调性子宫出血治疗中结合雌激素片联合屈螺酮炔雌醇片的应用效果。方法:选取300例无排卵性功能失调性子宫出血患者作为研究对象,,按照随机数字表划分为对照组和研究组,结果:比较对照组,研究组治疗后出血控制时间、完全止血时间更短(P<0.05)。疗后总有效率更高(P<0.05)。两组治疗后不良反应发生率无差异(P>0.05)。结论:无排卵性功能失调性子宫出血治疗中结合雌激素片联合屈螺酮炔雌醇片的应用效果显著,值得推广应用。

Objective： To study the effect of estrogen combined with drospironoestradiol in thetreatment of anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods： 300 patients with anovulatory dysfunctionaluterine bleeding were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table.Results： Compared with control group, the study group had shorter hemorrhage control time and completehemostasis time after treatment （P 〈 0.05）. The total effective rate was higher after treatment （P 〈 0.05）. Therewas no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups after treatment （P 〉 0.05）.Conclusion： The combination of estrogen tablets and drospironone ethinylestradiol tablets in the treatment ofanovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding is effective and worth popularizing.
