催产汤在绝经后取宫内节育器中的应用

Application of Cuichan Decoction in the Removal of Intrauterine Device after Menopause

目的观察绝经后宫内节育器(IUD)取出术前应用催产汤的效果和手术安全性。方法选取2014年7月～2018年6月在医院行绝经后IUD取出术的患者120例作为研究对象,将其随机分成两组,各60例。试验组即催产汤组,取IUD前3天,水煎1剂/d,约为250～300mL,分早、晚两次服用,对照组为直接IUD取出术组,取IUD失败者,在超声引导下再行IUD取出术。结果试验组宫颈扩张效果、IUD取出顺利程度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组IUD取出术综合反应程度、术中出血量显著轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论绝经后IUD取出术前服用催产汤扩张宫颈效果好,提高了IUD取出率,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of postmenopausal and surgical safety ofpreoperative application of Cuichan Decoction.Methods From July 2016 to June 2018,60 cases ofpostmenopausal IUD were randomly divided into two groups.Three days before IUD removal, one dose ofCuichan Decoction per day,about 250～300 mL,was taken twice in the morning and evening.The controlgroup was a direct access device group.If the IUD operation failed, the patients were removed by ultrasound.Results The success rate of IUD removal, cervical dilatation and analgesic effect in the experimentalgroup were significantly higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）.The degree of adverse reactions andintraoperative blood loss during IUD removal in the experimental group was significantly less than that inthe control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of using Cuichan Decoction to dilate cervix before IUDremoval in postmenopausal women is good, and the success rate of IUD removal is improved. It is worthy ofclinical application.
