超声引导下经阴道行射频消融术治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效及对患者子宫功能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析超声引导下经阴道行射频消融术治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效及对患者子宫功能的影响。方法选取2012年5月~2014年5月我院收治的子宫肌瘤患者200例作为研究对象,所有患者均使用超声引导下经阴道行射频消融术治疗,观察治疗后6个月患者子宫功能的变化、生活质量及并发症发生率。结果 6个月后患者的生活质量较治疗前评分明显升高,疾病程度明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后2例患者出现功能失调性子宫出血,3例患者出现盆腔感染,患者并发症发生率为2.5%,经过后续治疗后,子宫功能未受到影响。结论超声引导下经阴道行射频消融术治疗子宫肌瘤不会对子宫功能产生影响,且并发生发生率较低,有效提升患者的生活质量,值得推广应用。
