Cause Analysis and Countermeasure of Creping in Coating Process

Cause of creping in coating process and the corresponding solutions were discussed. From the as pects of equipment condition,substrate condition and production process,the causes of creping in coating process were analyzed and corresponding solutions were proposed. In actual production, problems should be summarized and accumulated. In face of creping,it was necessary to start from quality of substrate,pay attention to the inspec tion of process defects and real time inspection of equipment condition and parts. Then creping in coating process could be effectively eliminated and product quality could be ultimately stabilized.
