摘要
针对4,6-二羟基嘧啶废水传统氧化工艺处理效率低、运行成本高等问题,本研究采用强化脱氮除碳的新型电化学处理技术。研究表明,在25 mA/cm^2电流密度下,实际废水电化学氧化6 h后COD去除率达58.58%,效果优于传统Fenton氧化和H_2O_2氧化;新型电化学的总氮去除率高达68.78%,然而传统Fenton氧化和H_2O_2氧化几乎无总氮去除能力。电化学技术作为一种环境友好的水处理技术,在高盐、高COD、高氮废水处理中具有较大的应用前景。
A novel electrochemical technology was proposed for enhancing nitrogen and carbon removal, in order to solve the problems of low efficiency and high operating cost using traditional oxidation processes for 4,6-dihydroxypyrimidine wastewater treatment. The results showed that the COD removal efficiency of actual wastewater reached 58.58% through electrochemical technology at the current density of 25 mA/cm2 for 6 hours, which was much better than that of traditional Fenton oxidation or H2O2 oxidation; the total nitrogen removal efficiency of the novel electrochemical technology was more than 68.78%, although the traditional oxidation processes of Fenton oxidation and H2O2 oxidation had extremely low removal efficiency of total nitrogen. As an environmentally friendly wastewater treatment technology, electrochemical technology is greatly suitable for the treatment of wastewater with high salinity, high COD and high nitrogen.
