摘要
为使城市生活污水处理厂的活性污泥得以资源化综合利用,本文以过60目的活性污泥为载体,氯化铁为铁源,采用液相还原法制备活性污泥纳米铁铜复合材料,并将其应用于玫瑰红模拟印染废水的处理中。试验结果表明,m(活性污泥):m(氯化铁):m(氯化铜)质量比为20:10:1时,制备的活性污泥纳米铁铜还原能力强,活化性能好,在pH=5~9的条件下对玫瑰红模拟印染废水具有较好的快速去除效果。这为活性污泥作为吸附剂进行资源化应用提供了试验依据。
In order to utilize the activated sludge of municipal domestic sewage treatment plant comprehensively, 60-purpose activated sludge was used as carrier and ferric chloride was used as iron source. The activated sludge nano-iron-copper composite was prepared by liquid phase reduction method and applied to the treatment of rose red simulated printing and dyeing wastewater. The test results show that when m (activated sludge): m (ferric chloride): m (copper chloride) mass ratio is 20:10:1, the prepared activated sludge nano-iron copper has strong reducing ability and good activation performance. Under the condition of pH=5~9, it has a good rapid removal effect on rose-red simulated printing and dyeing wastewater. This provides a test basis for the application of activated sludge as an adsorbent for resource utilization.
