江苏省农业水资源开发利用存在问题及对策研究

Study on Problems and Countermeasures of Agricultural Water Resources Development and Utilization in Jiangsu Province

江苏省是资源型缺水和水质型缺水并存的缺水省份,农业水资源的匮乏和不合理的开发利用成为江苏省农业现代化和农业转型升级的阻碍。通过对江苏省农业水资源现状的阐述,本文从区域水资源不平衡、节水技术的普及性、节水意识等方面分析了江苏省农业水资源开发利用存在的问题,最后提出了开源节流、加强管理、合理调整不同地区种植结构等对策。

Jiangsu Province is one of the water shortage areas of China with both resource-based water shortage and water-quality water shortage. The shortage of agricultural water resources and unreasonable exploitation and utilization have become obstacles to agricultural modernization and agricultural transformation and upgrading in Jiangsu Province. This paper expounds the present situation of agricultural water resources in Jiangsu Province, and analyzes the existing problems in the development and utilization of agricultural water resources in Jiangsu Province from the aspects of imbalance of regional water resources, popularization of water-saving technologies and water-saving awareness. Finally, the author puts forward some countermeasures, such as opening source and reducing current, strengthening management and rationalizing planting structure in different areas.
