摘要
本文以一处餐厨项目为例,阐述"高效预处理+厌氧消化+MBR"为主体的成熟工艺。项目运行稳定,各项指标达到合同和国家标准要求。吨餐厨垃圾产沼气率达到80 m^3,沼气80%用于发电上网。提油率超过4%,毛油可进行工业化利用。最终出水达到纳管标准要求排放。臭气运行处理采用变频控制,节省能耗。实践结果表明,该项目可以给其他地区的餐厨项目提供有益参考和借鉴。
This article takes a kitchen project as an example to illustrate the mature process of “high-efficiency pretreatment + anaerobic digestion + MBR”. The project is running stably and the indicators meet the requirements of contracts and national standards. The biogas rate of tons of kitchen waste is 80 m3, and 80% of biogas is used for power generation. The oil extraction rate is over 4%, and the oil can be industrially utilized. The final effluent meets the required standard for discharge. The odor operation process adopts frequency conversion control to save energy. The practical results show that the project can provide useful reference and reference for other kitchen projects in other regions.
