空心玻璃微珠/聚丙烯复合材料的制备及隔热性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 空心玻璃微珠是一种中空的球状无机非金属材料,在涂料、塑料、橡胶、轻质板材及人造木中都有广泛的应用。利用硅烷偶联剂对空心玻璃微珠进行表面活化,可以使其成为高性能的填充料,更好地应用在复合材料的制备中。空心玻璃微珠进行表面活化后,可以填充在聚丙烯材料中制成高性能的空心玻璃微珠/PP复合材料,其复合材料的各种性能如拉伸强度、流变性能、隔热性能等都会发生相应的变化。本文从空心玻璃微珠的表面活化机理出发,分析空心玻璃微珠/聚丙烯复合材料的制备方法,研究了制成的空心玻璃微珠/聚丙烯复合材料的隔热性能。 Hollow glass microspheres are hollow spherical inorganic non-metallic materials that are widely used in coatings, plastics, rubber, lightweight panels and artificial wood. The surface activation of hollow glass microspheres by silane coupling agent can make it a high-performance filler, which is better used in the preparation of composite materials. After surface activation of the hollow glass microspheres, it can be filled in a polypropylene material to produce a high performance hollow glass microbead/PP composite. The various properties of the composite material, such as tensile strength, rheological properties, thermal insulation properties, etc., will change accordingly. Based on the surface activation mechanism of hollow glass microspheres, the preparation method of hollow glass microbeads/polypropylene composites was analyzed, and the thermal insulation properties of the prepared hollow glass microbeads/polypropylene composites were studied.
